Do you have a child who is anticipating graduating this spring and you want to give them a gift for their academic achievement, but you haven’t quite figured out what that gift is?
Well the title of the article might indicate that you’re considering taking your child on a vacation for their graduation present, and that’s a fantastic idea!
Whether your child is graduating preschool, or high school, or college, a vacation will leave a lasting impact that no tangible gift will. Except maybe a car. But for the kids who can’t drive yet, or that already have a car, this is the graduation gift for them and they’ll never forget it!
Preschool Graduate:
You may be thinking, “Why take my 5 year old on a vacation for their graduation? Will they even remember it?”

High School Graduate:
12 years of hard work and perseverance should be rewarded with a gift that has lasting impact. You can get expensive jewelry or electronic gadgets, sure. And even a car would be an excellent gift idea if they don’t have one yet. But if they do, and you’d rather gift them an experience than a thing, then travel is an excellent option.

It’s a great final family summer vacation before they head off to college in the fall.
College Graduate:
So maybe your child is a legal adult, maybe even fully independent at this point. But they just worked so hard on attaining their college degree and you want to show them how proud you are by giving them the gift of a family vacation.
Having adult children is awesome! Now your kids are old enough to be closer to your maturity level and they have more appreciation for family time more than ever after being away at college. The bond you guys have at this point is so strong and you’ll have such a great family vacation.
